I bought the relief cream as suggested by one of my physical therapists for a wrist injury that kept getting aggravated by typing, sports and a bit of gamer’s thumb. While it didn’t replace proper medical care, it helped take the edge off the pain as I was going through PT sessions and day-to-day activities. I still use it for the occasional bout of gamer’s thumb and days when a push a bit too hard at the gym and get a bit too sore to maintain proper form the next day.
